Our technical team recently faced a critical challenge in a chemical manufacturing plant, where a 560 kW / 750 HP VFD drive was in dire need of attention. Three malfunctioning thyristors threatened to disrupt the entire production process.


The Challenge: In the heart of a bustling chemical manufacturing plant, a pivotal 560 kW / 750 HP VFD drive began to show signs of trouble. Three vital thyristors had given out, creating a looming risk of production downtime and loss.

The Solution: Our highly skilled technical team, known for their unwavering dedication, stepped in. They quickly assessed the situation, pinpointed the problematic thyristors, and formulated a meticulous plan for a comprehensive repair.
